HEAT: Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Grease pan with butter or cooking spray. MIX: Pour the contents of the mix into a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk, and mix by hand or with electric mixer for 1.5 minutes. BAKE: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Place cake on wire rack to cool in pan. Cool completely before frosting. HEAT: Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Grease 12 muffin tins or use paper liners. MIX: Pour the contents of the mix into a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk, and mix by hand or with electric mixer until blended. For Muffins: add 1 cup berries or chocolate chips and fold into batter. BAKE: Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For Cupcakes: Cool completely before frosting.
