A blend of organic cacao, organic Lavender, and Jasmine. Our drinking chocolate is made purely from organic cacao, herbs, and spices. We do not use any sweeteners, additives, or chemicals. All of our drinking chocolates are blended and fresh ground in small batches. This gives our blends an incredible flavor and aroma. Buyer Educational Note: This Drinking Chocolate has been formulated for a subtle lavender flavor, and while we use dried jasmine flowers, the jasmine flavor is not the same as you would find in a jasmine green tea. Jasmine green tea uses the fresh flower picked right off the stem, then the fresh green tea is mixed with the fresh flower, and is allowed to infuse with the flower. In contrast, our Lavender Drinking Chocolate uses dried jasmine flower and dried lavender flower which is ground together with our organic cacao. This creates a subtle flavor of lavender and jasmine which blends nicely with our cacao. If you are looking for an in your face, soapy tasting, and smelling lavender product, then our Lavender Jasmine Drinking Chocolate is not going to be what you are looking for. However, if you are a lover of subtle tastes and flavors, then this might be the cup of warmth you are looking for. Instructional Note: This is designed as a hot chocolate, so it needs boiling or hot water - our suggestion is about a 50/50 ratio of hot water to milk or milk alternative. It needs the hot water, because we dont use any hydrogenated milk or sugar in our product, so the hot water helps open up the cacao. If you then want a cold beverage from our product, we would suggest first making it up hot, then pouring it over ice and running it through a blender or vitamix.
