Eldon's Special Chorizo Seasoning is loaded with real Mexican flavor. Use bulk style (patties) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings. Great with scrambled eggs wrapped into tortillas. Seasons 12 1/2 lbs. of meat. NO M.S.G. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Chili Pepper, Garlic Powder, Spice Extracts, less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate added to prevent caking. Grind 12 1/2 lbs. (80% meat to 20% fat), once through 3/8" grinder plate. Put in meat tub, add seasoning, 1 cup apple cider vinegar; mix well. Stuff into 33-36mm hog casings; twist into 6" links, or form into patties. Bake, broil, fry or grill in usual manner. Great pan-fried with eggs. Store remainder of sausage in freezer until needed, up to 1 year. EKC-885
