Simply whisk up the sauce, marinate and grill, and serve! Pair with sides like pineapple, rice, or Brazilian Cheese Bread (po de queijo). Salt, garlic, pineapple, chipotle, red bell pepper, shallot, Mexican oregano, turmeric Salty and tangy with aromatic garlic, smoky notes, and medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine Chimichurri Churrasco mix, cilantro, lime juice, and agave. Slowly add olive oil while whisking until well-combined. Remove and reserve 3/4 cup of chimichurri for serving. Add steak to bowl with remaining chimichurri, turning to coat. Marinate for 20 min. or up to 8 hours in the fridge. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Season steak on both sides with salt. Grill steak to desired doneness (about 135 degrees for medium-rare). Remove steak from grill and rest for 5 min. Slice, top with reserved chimichurri, and serve.
