Whilst the biscuits are baking, beat together 2oz unsalted butter, 1oz icing sugar and 0.7oz Horlicks until light and fluffy and spoon into a piping bag. 9. Allow the biscuits to cool and decorate with Horlicks buttercream. 1. Sieve the flour, Horlicks, baking powder and cinnamon into a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. 3. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour until its a smooth mix. 4. In a pan, melt the butter and stir into the mix. 5. Brush a non stick frying pan with a little oil and wipe away any excess. 6. Spoon the pancake mix into the frying pan and gently fry on both sides until light and fluffy. 7.
